Well, this was a visit quite a while ago, and the impetus to start this page.
We just went to Jose Tejas in Metuchen or Edison, NJ. I can't remember the location, but it was sort of hard to get to.
We've been looking for a good place to eat mexican/texmex for a while, and this was one of the first that was worth our trip. I'll be cataloging more as time goes by, but I had to put in that the food was fantastic, the atmosphere reminiscient of our favorite haunts in Texas, and the experience well worth the trip north.
